Glasgow’s city centre Low Emission Zone came into effect on 31 December 2018. The first phase of the LEZ affects local service buses only, however from 31 December 2022, all vehicles driving into the zone are required to meet the specified emission standards.

Panel speakers will include Glasgow City Council air quality officers; Barry McCulloch (FSB Senior Policy Advisor) and Convenor for Sustainability and Carbon Reduction, Councillor Anna Richardson. Representatives from ECO-Stars Fleet Recognition Scheme and the Energy Saving Trust will also speak to the ways in which financial and environmental savings can be made across business fleets, no matter the size.
