Glasgow City Council is once again sponsoring the Fair Work Awards, one for businesses with 1-50 employees and one for those with 51+ employees. The award celebrates and rewards businesses who have committed to putting in place policies and practices to improve the working lives of their employees and through doing so, have realised direct improvements to the performance and productivity of their business.
