Managing People for Growth programme

Scottish Enterprise have created a tailored management training programme for construction companies in Scotland who may have newly appointed supervisors/managers or indeed for those who have been in position a while, but haven't had the opportunity to access structured training/development.

The SE workplace innovation team is working with Construction Scotland Innovation Centre to develop leadership and management skills within the construction sector. They have commissioned the 'Managing People for Growth' programme for construction companies.

Workshop content will be tailored with all examples and case studies being construction related.

The programme dates are as follows:
