The Scotland Loves Local Glasgow Gift Card encourages people to think local first and support businesses on their local high streets, helping to celebrate Glasgow companies. The card can be seen as a local currency - allowing people to spend their gift cards in their favourite local businesses, or on household essentials, in a way that keeps people spending local, for longer.

There are already more than 950 businesses in Glasgow - including shops, restaurants, cafés, salons, attractions, hotels and services - that accept the Scotland Loves Local Glasgow Gift  Card.

The gift card also gives organisations in the city a local option for rewards and incentives for employees and volunteers. Alongside the choice, ease and support for local, Glasgow firms are making use of the benefit scheme that allows organisations to give staff a non-cash reward, such as the Glasgow Gift Card, of up to £50, multiple times throughout the year, tax free.
