New personal development and employability programme launched

Over 50s represent the fastest growing part of the workforce in the UK. People are enjoying longer, and crucially healthier, lives. Strathclyde University is an Age-Friendly University and are therefore committed to supporting people at this stage in life to achieve their goals.

The new range of classes and workshops:

  • Are delivered by an experienced team of tutors and career guidance professionals
  • Will help you identify and enhance your transferable skills and build upon your past experience
  • Will support you to focus your plans and to set professional and personal goals for the future, as well as develop practical skills such as CV writing, interview techniques and building your social media presence.?

Classes are offered throughout the year from October to June.
